Weekends and public holidays can add a day or two. A brand new tracking number often shows nothing at all for the first day, which is normal.
What each status means
OrderedWe've got your order and payment. It's queued for packing.
PackedYour order is packed and handed to the carrier. They haven't scanned it yet.
In transitOn its way to you. Long gaps between scans are normal on international routes, and customs checks on arrival are standard with nothing for you to pay.
Out for deliveryArriving today. If you're not in, the driver will usually leave it somewhere safe, hand it to a neighbour, or leave a card.
DeliveredMarked as delivered. If it's not where you expected, check safe spots and with neighbours first.
Still not sure where it is?
If your tracking hasn't moved in a few days, or your order hasn't arrived by the end of the next working day after it was marked delivered, email us and we'll look into it. We reply within 24 hours.
