At Gavanci, we aim to process and ship every order efficiently while keeping delivery expectations clear and honest. This policy explains how our shipping process works, what to expect once your order is placed, and how we handle delays or issues.
1. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most European countries. If your country is not supported at checkout, unfortunately we are unable to ship to your location at this time. For any destination-specific questions, please contact info@gavanci.com before placing your order.
2. Order Processing All orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, and once your order has shipped, a separate email will be sent containing your tracking information.
3. Estimated Delivery Time Once shipped, estimated delivery typically takes 6 to 12 business days depending on your destination and any peak season volume. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing, weather disruptions, or seasonal shipping surges.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the shipping option selected. We periodically offer free shipping promotions and expedited shipping options, and the final shipping cost will always be displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes For international orders outside the United States, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout. Refusal to pay these fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed, and refunds in such cases will be issued at our discretion.
6. Tracked Shipping All shipments include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you can monitor its progress using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear, and note that tracking information may occasionally pause during transit, especially during customs clearance.
7. Delayed or Lost Packages If your order has not arrived within 30 business days from the shipping date, please contact us at info@gavanci.com so we can investigate and arrange a replacement where appropriate. If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided, Gavanci is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local postal service before reaching out. In cases where tracking has stalled or shows no updates for an extended period, our support team will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
8. Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout, including any apartment, suite, or building number. Gavanci is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer. We are able to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders Because our products are consumable, we generally do not require returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery at info@gavanci.com with your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue. 10. Hybrid Fulfillment Gavanci operates using a hybrid fulfillment model, and some orders may be shipped from verified third party fulfillment partners depending on your location and the products ordered. This allows us to deliver faster across multiple regions, though it may occasionally result in slight packaging variations. Product quality, ingredients, and formulation remain consistent across all shipments.
