At Gavanci, we want every customer to feel confident ordering from us. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and our 90-day money-back guarantee work, so please read through it before placing an order since all purchases are subject to the terms below.

1. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We stand behind our products with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your results, you can request a refund within 90 days of your original order date. To qualify, customers must use the product consistently as directed for at least 30 days before deciding whether it is not suitable for them, since our formula is designed to work gradually and meaningful results typically build over time with consistent use. Refunds under the guarantee cover the full order amount including shipping, and we typically do not require you to return the product. In some cases our team may request a return or issue a partial refund instead, particularly when the reason given appears inconsistent or when multiple bottles from a bundle remain unopened. These decisions are made on a case by case basis.

2. Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet entered fulfillment or shipped. Once an order is processed or in transit, cancellation is no longer possible, though a partial refund may be considered at our discretion depending on shipment status and processing costs already incurred. 5. Promotional Offers and Bundle Deals: Buy One Get One Free, Buy 2 Get 1 Free, Buy 3 Get 2 Free, and other multi-item promotions are applied automatically at checkout. If items are manually removed or modified before purchase is completed, the final order will reflect only the remaining items, and Gavanci is not responsible for incorrect orders caused by changes made in the cart. If you believe a promotional offer was applied incorrectly, contact our support team and we will review the order for you.

6. Lost or Unreceived Orders: If tracking confirms your order was delivered, Gavanci cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages and is unable to issue refunds or replacements in these cases. We recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local postal service before contacting us. If your order has not been marked delivered and has not arrived within 30 business days from the shipping date, reach out to us and we will investigate or arrange a replacement where appropriate.

7. Refund Processing Times: Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are issued in the same currency the order was originally placed in.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: We take fraudulent claims and chargebacks seriously. If a dispute or chargeback is opened without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to submit all relevant evidence to the payment provider, including tracking details, delivery confirmation, communication records, and order history.
